Polyethylene Thickening Pads are resistant to most household and industrial chemicals. Some types of chemicals are chemically corrosive, such as corrosive oxidising agents (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene) and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride). The polymer is non-hygroscopic and has good water and vapour resistance for packaging purposes.HDPE has very good electrical properties, especially high dielectric strength, making it very suitable for use in wire and cable.

Product Characteristics
Polyethylene sheet is odourless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has low-temperature resistance ( use temperatures up to -70 ~ -100 ℃), good chemical stability, can resist most of the erosion of acids and alkalis (not resistant to oxidative properties of the acid), insoluble in general solvents at room temperature, water absorption is small, electrical insulating properties; low density; tenacity is good (also applies to the low-temperature conditions); tensile good; good electrical and dielectric insulation; low water absorption; low water vapour permeability; good chemical stability; tensile; non-toxic harmless. ; low water vapour permeability; good chemical stability; tensile strength; non-toxic and harmless.
However, PE sheet is sensitive to environmental stresses (chemical and mechanical effects) and has poor heat aging resistance.
