Introduction

First, the abrasion resistance of polyethylene flame retardant sheet; abrasion resistance of plastics, and more than some metals, polyethylene sheet mortar abrasion index is only 1/5 of PA66, HDPE and PVC 1/10; compared with the metal, it is 1/7 of carbon steel, brass l/27.

Second, polyethylene flame retardant sheet impact resistance; impact strength of about 2 times the impact resistance of PC, ABS 5 times, POM and PBTP more than 10 times.

Third, polyethylene flame retardant sheet self-lubricating; very low friction coefficient (0.05 ~ 0.11), excellent self-lubrication. Under the condition of no lubricant, it is second only to polytetrachloroethylene (PTFE) which is better in self-lubrication; when it works in the form of sliding or rotating, it is better than the lubrication of steel and brass with lubricating oil.

Four, polyethylene flame retardant sheet chemical resistance; excellent chemical resistance, in addition to strong fluoride acid, in a certain temperature and concentration range of corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic media (except naphthalene solvent). 

Fifth, polyethylene flame retardant board non-adhesive; surface suction force is very weak, its anti-adhesion ability is second only to the plastic non-adhesive better PTEE, so the surface of the product is not easy to adhere to other materials.
