What Is The Role Of Efficient Catalysts In Hme Liners?

  In the practice of relevant professionals and technicians, it has been proved that UHMWPE liners need to be processed by adding a high efficiency catalyst in order to improve their performance. So what is the role of this high efficiency catalyst added in the high molecular weight polyethylene liner? 

    Through the test, it was found that the outstanding structural properties of this UHMWPE liner were mainly obtained through the polymerisation of the high efficiency catalyst, and the morphology of the high efficiency catalyst and virgin polyethylene was observed by scanning electron microscope. Transmission electron microscope observed the incipient polyethylene powder, found that the supramolecular protofibrous weaving state structure of the edge of the Maosui, with polarised light microscope observed the melting and cooling crystallisation process of different molecular weight polyethylene powder, the resulting spherical crystals with the molecular weight increases, and later to obtain this high-quality sheet.
