Product features
1、 Rigid polyurethane has low thermal conductivity and good thermal performance. When the weight of rigid polyurethane is 35~40kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018~0.023w/(m.k), which is equivalent to half of the extruded plastic board (EPS), and it is the coefficient of thermal conductivity of all the current thermal insulation materials.
2、Rigid polyurethane has moisture-proof and waterproof performance. Rigid polyurethane has an occlusion rate of more than 95%, which is a water-repellent material, and it will not increase the thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall surface will not seep water.
3、Rigid polyurethane is fireproof, flame retardant and high temperature resistant. Polyurethane is a flame retardant self-extinguishing material after adding flame retardant, its softening point can reach more than 250 degrees Celsius, and it will decompose only at higher temperatures: In addition, polyurethane will form a carbonised layer on the surface of its foam when it is burnt, and this carbonised layer will help to isolate the foam underneath, which can effectively prevent the fire from spreading. Moreover, polyurethane does not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.
